After finishing my BAS degree, I worked at Kevin Fellingham Architects in Cape Town.

The work included the renovation of a 178-year-old building on Buitengracht Street into his own home and office. I was in charge of running the site on a day-to-day basis, and produced construction drawings, models and renderings for the project.

I rejoined the practice for a year in 2019, this time overseeing the design development of a four storey extension to the same building without affecting it’s fabric.

This involved preparation of design information and historical research for heritage consultations and planning authorities, as well as coordination with engineers and planning consultants.
